These new views offer flexibility, allowing you to select a unique view for each client or the same view for all – the choice is entirely yours!

How to change a single client's view

Locate the client in the Client list.
Note: The 'View' column shows the client's current portal view.
- Select 'More actions' 'Change client portal view'.
- A pop-up window opens, where you can select the client's new portal view.
Make your selection and click 'Change'. - Once the change is made, the 'View' column in the client list reflects your change.
The client portal view change is effective immediately. Click on the viewing eye in the client list to take a look at the new change.
How to change multiple clients' views in bulk

Locate and mark the checkbox next to the clients you want to change portal views for.
Note: The 'View' column shows the client's current portal view.
- Click the 'I want to' drop-down at the top of the Client list and select 'Change client portal view'.
