In your Portal, you can customise your client's portal views to suit their specific needs and the features they require. This flexibility allows you to assign a unique view for each client or apply the same view across all clients.
By setting a default portal view for both individual/household clients and entity clients, you ensure that every new client added automatically receives the pre-set view. This streamlines the onboarding process and guarantees a consistent experience for all clients.

To change the default client portal views:
1. From the Partner portal, navigate to 'Clients'>'Client list'. Click the Settings cog at the top right hand side of the page.
2. The Client settings area opens. Select a default client portal view (from the drop down list) for both individual/household clients and entity clients.
For Individual/Household clients, select one of the 5 different views.
For Entity clients, select one of the 2 different views
3. Once your default client portal views have been selected, click 'Save'.
4. A confirmation message appears. Click 'Save'.
Your default client portal views have been updated. You can change these settings at any time by following these steps.
