We are making important updates to the client portal login page to enhance data security and support future improvements.
- New workspace landing page. Once logged in, users will land on a page to choose which workspace they want to access.
- Firm branding logos will no longer appear on the login page. Branding will display after login and, if applicable, after workspace selection.
- Passwords have new criteria for resets and new accounts
New workspace landing page
What’s changing?
After logging in, users will now land on a page where they can choose which workspace to access.
Why the change?
This gives users more control and improves their experience—especially when managing multiple workspaces. On the landing page, each workspace will also display a badge showing how many items need action, helping users prioritise where to start.
Changes to Login Page Branding
What’s changing?
Login pages will no longer display firm-specific branding. Instead, firm branding will appear after a user logs in and selects their workspace.
Why is this changing?
This update supports enhanced security across the platform and lays the groundwork for future improvements. It also creates a more streamlined and secure login experience for all users.
Updated Password Requirements
What’s changing?
To strengthen account security, our password requirements are being updated. All new or updated passwords will now have new criteria to apply on creation.
When does this change apply?
This new requirement applies when a user:
- Resets a forgotten password
- Activates a new account
- Manually changes their password
Note: Existing passwords will continue to work for now, but we recommend updating to a stronger password when possible.
