We wanted to let you know about a minor update to the client portal.
From 10 July, our firm’s logo will no longer appear on the login page. Instead, it will be visible after you log in. This change is part of broader security enhancements designed to better protect your data and ensure a safer experience.
As part of these updates, the password policy is being strengthened. If you choose to update your password, or need to reset it, you’ll now be required to use a password that’s at least 12 characters long. There’s no need to take any action unless you’re changing your password.
