Within the portal, you can assign multiple staff members to a client or one staff member to multiple clients.
When a client is created in the partner portal, by default they can only be viewed by the staff member that created the client. If other staff members need access to view and work with the client, they must be assigned.
To bulk assign staff members:
- Navigate to the Client list and mark the box next to the name/s of the client/s you want to assign to your staff.
- Click the “I want to .. “ dropdown at the top of the Client list and select 'Assign staff members'
- Mark the name/s of the staff member/s you want to assign to the clients and select the permission they will have to the client.
- Once assigned, the selected Staff member/s appear in the 'Staff' column in the Client list, have the selected permissions to the client and are also visible in the Client's Team.
