To disable MFA for a client:
- In your Partner Portal, click Clients>Client List in the dropdown menu.
- In the client list, select the client you would like to disable for MFA and click on their name. A drop down list will appear.
- Next to Multi-factor authentication enabled, click 'Manage'
- In the dialogue box, click ‘Disable’ to remove the MFA for the client.
- Once MFA is disabled, your client will only require their username and password to login to their portal.
