You can increase your client engagement with our wide range of automated branded emails that will keep your clients up to date on their finances and generate leads for your business. This process is a one off set up that can be adjusted on a client-by-client basis.
To configure automatic reports:
- In your partner portal, navigate to Configure>Report comms.
- In ‘Client communications - branded emails’ select the type and frequency of branded emails you would like your clients to receive.
- You can preview the emails and reports in the ‘Sample’ column.
- Set the frequency of the communications from the dropdown list.
- Click ‘Save’ to confirm
Communications will now be delivered according to these preferences for all new clients
NOTE: No reports are emailed to clients, the emails received are simply a link to log in and review the reports area.
