As well as the desktop portal, your clients also have access to the portal's mobile app, which is great for today’s busy lifestyle. Once a client has an account set up in the portal, encourage them to download the app and log in at least once to gain the benefits of push notifications.
The app has many benefits for the client: it provides convenient 24/7 access on the go and is free of charge. The benefits to your company lie in the app’s tools that allow you to provide communication, references, and support for your client.
Online links in the app can be used to highlight other services your company provides that your client may not be aware of. You can also add custom widgets linking to your calendar, online payment sites, and your website's news area.
To customise the Mobile App:
- In your Partner Portal, visit 'Configure'>'Mobile App'.

The mobile app configuration screen has three main areas:
1- Client View- This drop-down allows you to select the Mobile App Client Portal View that you are viewing/customising. Be sure to configure each mobile client view.
2- Customise your widget - This area allows you to change the widget's display name, as well other settings (settings will vary depending on the widget type)
3- Inactive Widget box- This area houses all inactive widgets. You can activate these again by simply dragging them back onto the mobile app screen.

To customise your mobile app screen, select the appropriate client view from the Client view dropdown.
Simply click on a widget, Customise the name, choose to make it active/inactive and also position it on the mobile app screen by clicking and dragging to the desired area.
- To add your own custom widget, click 'Add a widget' and customise either a phone number, email or URL
- Once a custom widget is added, change the Display name, add the URL/Phone/Email, choose an icon type and click 'Save all changes'.

When your client logs into their mobile app, they will be able to view and use the tools you have made available instantly!
NOTE: The configuration is done on a firm wide basis for each mobile app client view and cannot be adjusted for individual clients.
