We believe that it is vital to provide you with the education you need to use and effectively leverage our software to grow your business.
We have developed an online training course for you and your whole company to gain essential knowledge of the functionality of our software from both a Partner Portal and Client Portal perspective.
To register yourself and your staff for Professional Development accredited training:
- In the Partner Portal, click on Resources>Training
- You will see the sign-up link for a combined Partner & Client Portal training or each individual section. Click on the required one (we recommend completing both Partner & Client portal training modules).
Note: The link can be copied and sent to other staff to sign up. We use a 3rd Party software (Intuto) for this online course. - Click on the link and the ‘Access this collection' page appears.
- Complete the information required. This is your email address and you need to set up a password... it should NOT be the same as your portal password for security purposes.
- Each staff member should use the link to register themselves for the online training.
Once the online course is completed, the staff member will receive a Certificate of completion.
NOTE: The Online training course is approximately 3 hours for the combined course and can be completed at the learner’s own pace. It is registered with FPA for CPD hours
