We believe that it is vital to provide you with the education you need to use and effectively leverage our software to grow your business.
We have developed an online training course for you and your whole company to gain essential knowledge of the functionality of our software from both a Partner Portal and Client Portal perspective.
To register yourself and your staff for Professional Development accredited training:
- In the Partner Portal, click on Resources>Onboarding
- In the ‘What is a Certified Consultant’ area, you will see the sign-up link within the phrase ‘Direct your internal specialists to Online training with IMPCC being the code required’.
- Click on the link and the ‘Online Courses Self Sign up’ registration page appears.
- Complete the information required for each employee who will be completing the training. Following the same steps as above for each individual employee. Using the code IMPCC.
- An email will be sent to each registered staff member to set up their online learning login with a password. Once they have done this, they will be ready to get started.
Note: The Online training course is approximately 2.5 hours and can be completed at the learner’s own pace.
Once the online course is completed, the staff member will be acknowledged with a Certified Consultant title and badges to add to their email signature or your website.
