Once a client feed is coming in from a direct integration through the partner portal it remains in the client portal until the feed is deleted in the individual client account.
To delete a direct integration feed from an individual client account:
- In the Partner Portal, go to Clients>Client List
- Click on the viewing eye of the client you want to delete the feed for.
- In the Wealth area of the client file, find the SMSF or Portfolio feed and click on the wealth item.
- Once opened, click the ‘Delete’ icon on the bottom left of the screen.
- A confirmation box opens, click ‘Confirm’ to delete.
- The Configure>Integrations> View Funds (of the Integration) will now display ‘Link’ in the MP Account status next to the SMSF or Portfolio you have deleted.
