Once a client feed is coming in from a direct integration through the partner portal it remains in the client portal until the feed is deleted in the individual client account.
To delete a direct integration feed from an individual client's portal:
- In the Partner Portal, go to Clients>Client List
Locate the client and click the viewing eye to navigate to their client portal.
- In the Wealth area, find the SMSF or Portfolio and click on the item. Click the edit pencil.
Once opened, click the ‘Delete’ icon on the bottom left of the screen.
A confirmation box opens, click ‘Confirm’.
In the Partner portal visit Configure>Integrations> View Funds. The deleted account will now display ‘Link’ under the 'Action' column.
