When you’re ready, you can send the digital form to the client, either via the Client list or the Digital Forms area of the Partner Portal.
To send a digital form to a client:
- Navigate to Clients>Client list.
Find the client you want to send a digital form to and click on the client's name. Click 'more actions'>'Manage digital forms'.
OR
Digital forms>Form type (Fact Find, Tax, Onboarding)>select the form name

Click 'Open a new form'
- A pop up window opens. Type the client's name and select them from the drop down list, then click 'Open'.

You will be taken to an overview screen where you are able to manage the form.

The client will receive an email and a To-do push notification on their mobile app with a link to the form.
NOTE: The To-do will be added to your client’s portal with a due date of 10 days. The client will also see that they have a digital form to complete as a notification in their portal.
