You can upgrade your portal subscription within your Partner portal at any time.
To upgrade your payment details:
- In your Partner Portal, click on ‘Admin Settings >'Payment & Plan' in the left navigation panel.
- Your company name and current plan type will be visible. To upgrade your plan, click ‘Upgrade Plan’
- Select your subscription type by clicking the ‘Upgrade’ button on the plan.

- Once your plan is selected, a confirmation page will open. To confirm your plan, click ‘Upgrade’.
- You will receive a confirmation message and can now enjoy the new features and benefits of your updated plan.
Note: Should you have any issues or questions with the upgrade process, please contact Support.
- Your next billing payment cycle will reflect the new plan fees.
