In the normal course of business, firms take on new clients. Your new client may have been with a firm that uses the portal already. In this case, the client's account can be transferred to your Partner Portal.
To request the client transfer:
1. Contact your client and ask them to send you an email (from the email address they use to log in to their account) to state they would like the transfer to happen.
E.g. "I hereby authorise my client account under the above email address to be transferred to my new financial professional (Name @ Firm Name)".
2. Once the client's request has been received by you, forward the email to Support and specify which staff login the client should be listed under.
3. Our wonderful support team will then transfer the client's account to sit under your firm's portal.
NOTE: The client and your firm must verify the transfer.
