In the normal course of business, firms take on new clients. Your new client may have been with a firm that uses the portal already. In this case, the client file can be transferred to your Partner Portal.
To request the transfer:
1. Contact your client to send you an email from their registered email address in the portal to state they would like the transfer to happen.
(eg) I hereby authorise my client file under the above email address to be transferred to my new financial professional (Name )
2. Once received, forward to support@myprosperity.com.au verifying the request and specify which staff login the client should be listed under.
3. Our wonderful support team will then transfer the file to sit under your firm portal.
Note: The client and your firm must verify the transfer.
