From time to time, you will require sending digital forms in bulk to certain clients. This can be for example at tax time, when checklists are to be sent to clients wanting to complete returns within the next few weeks, or fact finds for clients attending reviews.
Once the forms are uploaded into your Partner Portal, you can send these digital forms to selected clients.
To send digital forms in bulk to selected clients:
1. In your Partner Portal> Digital Forms> Bulk Send.
2. Select the digital form you wish to Bulk send by clicking the button on the left of the form name. Click 'Next'.
3. Select the clients you would like to send to (This can be all in one tick or using the Search tool). Once selected click 'Next'.
4. The next screen will have a Review Recipients and if satisfied, you can click 'Send'.
5. A confirmation screen appears to advise the forms have been sent.
