The Annature integration allows you to send documents for signing through your Partner portal using your own subscription of Annature and have those documents stored both in your client portal documents area as well as in your Annature program.
This integration for document digital signing through your Annature system is a great way to use the wonderful features for signing in Annature and also reduce the double handling of information.
Before you begin....
1. You need to have an Annature paid subscription
2. Ensure you have appropriate access to the integration page and your Annature program.
The Sync between your partner portal and Annature will be at a Firm Level.
What data gets imported/ exported?
Once the integration between Annature and your partner portal is successful. Digital document signing can be initiated for Annature through your Partner portal esignature document area..
How to link your Annature Account
1.In your Partner Portal > Integrations >click 'Setup' in the Annature Box found under esignature Providers
2. Add your App ID and App Key
3. If successfully integrated, you should see "Successfully connected to Annature"
You are now ready to use the integration.
