Follow the steps below to import APS client data (i.e. client name, email address, preferred email address, and phone number and address)
Before you get started, you’ll want to ensure you know your APS login and the clients you want to import.
To enable the integration in APS:
You must confirm that within APS, third party full access is authorised. This will ensure the successful integration with myprosperity.
To enable the integration in myprosperity:
- Navigate to the Configure menu on the left of your portal, then click on Integrations and select APS. Click "Setup"
- A Connect button appears, click on it.
- A Redirection to Third Party screen opens for you to click to Continue to APS
- Once clicked, the APS login screen appears. Add your credentials and click Log in
- APS will then connect to myprosperity and give access to your APS client lists and contact details for potential import. You will be redirected to your portal APS Integration setup area.
