Follow the steps below to import APS client data (i.e. client name, email address, phone number and address)
Before you get started, you’ll want to ensure you know your APS login and the clients you want to import.
This is a per user setup, so each financial professional can import their own client base and grant access to other staff within the portal through Assigning Staff in the client list. ( Assigning Staff )
To enable the integration in APS:
You must confirm that within APS, third party full access is authorised. This will ensure the successful integration with myprosperity.
To enable the integration in myprosperity:
- Navigate to the Configure menu on the left of your portal, then click on Integrations and select APS. Click "Setup"
- A Connect button appears, click on it.
- A Redirection to Third Party screen opens for you to click to Continue to APS
- Once clicked, the APS login screen appears. Add your credentials and click Log in
- APS will then redirect to your portal in the APS Integration setup area and confirm if the integration was successful. You are now ready to start importing clients.
