Follow the steps below to set up your APS Integration in order to import your APS client data (i.e. client name, email address, phone number, address and relationships)
Before you get started:
- You must confirm that within APS, third party full access is authorised. This will ensure the successful integration with myprosperity.
- It is a requirement of this integration that Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) is enabled for both staff and clients. Ensure you have enabled MFA for your firm by following these steps.
To enable the APS Integration in your portal:
- From your Partner portal, navigate to 'Configure' and click 'Setup' within the APS tile.
- Click 'Connect'
- A Redirection to Third Party screen opens for you to click to Continue to APS
- Once clicked, the APS login screen appears. Add your credentials and click Log in
- APS will then redirect you to your portal in and confirm if the integration was successful.
You are now ready to start importing clients.
