To import new client/s and/or portfolios:
1. In your portal, go to Configure>Integrations>IRESS (manage).
2. Click on 'Import data'.
3. The portal will start to retrieve your data from XPLAN. A message on the XPLAN integration screen will be displayed with the status 'Connecting'.
4. You will receive an email when the data is ready for import. On the XPLAN integration page, a new button will be displayed. Click 'Review and import data'.
