Connecting your OneDrive to your Partner Portal can be a valuable tool to consolidate your clients documents easily and efficiently.
If you no longer want to be able to sync files to and from OneDrive, follow the simple steps below.
To disconnect your OneDrive from your partner portal:
1. In your partner portal navigate to Configure>Integrations>Manage OneDrive
2. You are taken to the OneDrive setup screen. Click the 'Connection details' dropdown box and select 'Disconnect'.
3. A pop-up window appears asking you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the disconnection, click 'Disconnect'.
4. The disconnection is complete.
You will be directed back to the OneDrive setup page, where you can confirm the disconnection by viewing the Connection status.
NOTE: Any files that have been synced before a disconnection will remain within the client's portal.
