When you begin to import and/or export your clients and their associated data through the Xplan integration in the portal, it is important to know the status of these functions so that you can keep track of the process.
The Integration progress area of the portal is designed to monitor imports and exports in the last 72 hours.
To view the progress of an import/export request:
1. Navigate to Configure>Integration progress.
2. View the list of your integration actions. The 'Status' column identifies the status of the operation.
Completed- The action has completed successfully. If an Import was triggered, continue to review new items as necessary.
Partially completed- The action has partially completed and some data may be missing.
If an Import was triggered, you can continue to 'Review new items' to see what has/has not successfully imported.
If an Export was triggered, you can view the region of information that was not successfully exported by clicking 'Failure report'. This will open an 'Export Summary' window with clear detail on what data section/s failed, allowing you to pin point where changes need to be made in order to export.
