When you begin to import and/or export your clients and their associated data through the Xplan integration in the portal, it is important to know the status of these functions so that you can keep track of the process.
The Integration progress area of the portal is designed to monitor imports and exports in the last 72 hours.
To view the progress of an import/export request:
1. Navigate to Configure>Integration progress.
2. View the list of your integration actions. The 'Status' column identifies the status of the operation.
Completed- The action has completed successfully. If an Import was triggered, continue to review new items as necessary.
Partially completed- The action has partially completed and some data may be missing. You can review new items to see what has not successfully imported/exported. For more information on the data that has failed to import/export, contact support@myprosperity.com.au
