When an entity is added as a client, its own workspace is created in which tasks, forms, digital signatures and documents specifically relating to the entity can be shared and saved securely.
By sending documents and tasks to the entity's workspace, the entity can be clearly separated from the individual's portal, allowing for greater organisation and visibility over specific tasks.
To add an entity as a client:
- Navigate to Clients>Client list.
- Select 'Add Clients'>'Add an entity'
- A pop-up window will appear. Enter the Entity name and select the Entity type from the dropdown list. Click 'Add'.
Entity types available: Company, Joint Venture, Other, Partnership, Private Company, Public Company, Sole Trader, Super Fund, Trust.
- After adding the Entity to your Client list, a confirmation window appears.
You are now ready to add connections and start sending documents and tasks to the Entity workspace.
