This integration allows you to add clients, entities and their contact information, and document syncing to your Partner portal from CFS in a few easy steps!
The integration is a push from CFS to your portal.
Permissions
The integration between CFS and your Partner portal occurs at the user level, not the firm level.
This means only client/entity data you have sufficient permissions for in CFS will be imported when you enable the connection.
What data gets imported?
The integration between CFS and your Partner portal allows you to import an individual or an entity as a client on an individual import basis.
Data that can be imported for a Client: Client name, email, phone number, date of birth, address.
Data that can be imported for an Entity: Entity name, entity type (Company, Trust, etc) and address.
How to set up your CFS integration:
- From your Partner portal, navigate to Configure>Integrations and click on 'Setup' within the CFS Integration tile.
- You are taken to the CFS Integration setup page. Click 'Connect'.
- A Redirection to the CFS program screen opens for you to click to Continue to CFS.
- You are then taken to CFS where an allow access is requested. Once you click "Yes Allow" your linking will be established. Once established, navigate back to the Partner portal CFS Integration page where you will see the successful connection.
