Importing a client from CFS Edge into the portal is simple.
NOTE: Before either import method can be used, you must ensure your CFS Edge integration has been established via the Configure> Integrations area. See How do I set up the CFS Edge integration?
To import a client from CFS Edge to the partner portal:

Navigate to Clients>Client List.
- Select Add clients>from integrations>From CFS Edge
- A search box appears. Type the client name to search within CFS Edge
- The following window will appear.
Set the Client type, subscription type and decide if you want to send the client a welcome email.
IMPORTANT: Each client you import requires their own unique email address. If the client does not have their own unique email address they will not be imported. - A success message will display where you can proceed to import client details and documents to the client's portal. The client will also appear in the Client list.
