Security is an important aspect in any software that deals with important personal information.
To increase the security, we offer a Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) for your clients.
To enable MFA for your clients on an individual level, click here for a video instruction.
To set this up on all client files,
1. In your Partner Portal, Admin Settings> Security
2. Under mandatory MFA for staff and clients, click Enable Manadatory MFA for staff and clients and click Mandate MFA
Note: Once this is chosen, it cannot be disabled
3. Once Mandated, clients and staff will have to set up their MFA using an Authenticator app upon first login and set up their secret questions and answers
