The Uploaded documents area is a consolidated list of files uploaded to your portal and your clients’ portals in the past 90 days. From this list, you have the ability to download the document/s and/or sync them to your chosen document storage integration.
To view recently uploaded documents:
1. In the Partner portal, navigate to Documents > Uploaded documents.
2. A list of files uploaded to your clients’ portals in the last 90 days is shown.
Note: Use the Client or File name search fields to locate a particular client or document
To download the document:
1. Locate the document you want to download from the Uploaded documents list.
Note: Use the client name or file name search bars to narrow down your results.
2. Select 'More actions' > 'Download'.
3. A pop-up window opens. Click the file name to download via a secure link.
The file will open in a new window of your web browser where you can save or download the file if required.
To sync the document to an integration:
1. From the Uploaded documents list, click the dropdown arrow next to the 'Sync' icon and mark the checkbox next to the integration you want to sync the document to. Click 'Apply'.
2. Once successfully synched, a message will appear at the bottom of the page to confirm.
The document can now be located within the chosen platform.
