Within the portal, you can create a personalized message to include in the email sent to clients with their digital form. This message will be displayed in the preview pop-up before sending the form to the client.
To customise your digital form messages:
1. From the Partner Portal, visit Configure >Digital forms.
2. Enter in your custom message for each form type: Fact finds, Tax Checklists and Onboarding.
When done, click 'Save'.
3. Next time a digital form is sent to the client, your custom message will appear where you can add or adjust as needed.
