Your user profile is visible to you and the clients you have invited to the system. It is important to keep your information up to date.
To update your profile:
- Login to your partner portal. Click on the profile image icon on the top right corner of the screen and a dropdown list will appear.
- Click on your name in the dropdown list and the ‘Profile’ dialogue box will open.
In the Profile dialogue box you can enter, edit or delete your details.
- To save your changes, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If you are adjusting your profile picture, ensure your image is 185px by 150px
Your client will be able to view your profile in the Team area of their portal.
