With increasing cyber threats and data breaches, ensuring security for you and your clients is essential. That’s why from 30 November 2024, we’re enhancing our MFA capabilities within our portal, and making MFA mandatory for our partners and their clients.
There are a range of ways you can implement MFA on myprosperity. You can choose to receive a one-time code to your email, SMS, Authenticator app (i.e. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator etc.) or use your device’s Fingerprint or Face Recognition to authenticate.
Watch this short video showing you what the new Multi-Factor Authentication set up will be from 30 November.
