eSignatures in the myprosperity portal is now powered by Docusign
Digital document signing in the myprosperity portal is now powered by Docusign, replacing OneSpan and providing a more widely recognised signing experience across all plans at no additional cost.
From 14/05/2026, all new eSignature requests will use Docusign. Your existing workflow remains unchanged, with a smoother signing experience for you and your clients.
Any documents already sent via OneSpan will continue as normal for 90 days and can be tracked in the portal.
