You can update your credit card or bank details within your Partner portal at any time.
IMPORTANT: Only staff with "Owner" and "Account Admin" permissions can update it.
To update your payment details:
- In the Partner Portal. Click Admin Settings > Payment & Plan > Edit payment details.
- Select your payment type: AU Direct Debit or Card.
- Enter the new bank account or credit card details and click 'Save'.
Your new bank account or credit card will be charged the next billing period
