Your partner portal gives you access to the details of your client’s accounts. There are 2 ways you can view a client's file, through the client list and via the search bar.
To view a client’s file via the Client list:
- In your partner portal, go to Clients > Client List.
- Find the client/client group you would like to view and click on the viewing eye icon under the Actions column.
- You will be forwarded to the client’s portal.
- To return to your Partner Portal, simply click on the ‘Client List’ or ‘Adviser Dashboard’ link on the top of the page in the blue bar.
To view a client's file via the search bar:
- In your partner portal, navigate to the search bar at the top of the portal and type in the client's name.
- The client's name will appear as a drop down selection in the search field. Hover your mouse over the name and you will be given two selections: Client list or Client portal.
a) Client list will take you to the client's name in the list view- see step 3 above for how to view the client portal from list view.
b) Selecting Client Portal will take you straight to client portal view
- To return to your Partner Portal, simply click on the ‘Client List’ or ‘Adviser Dashboard’ link on the top of the page in the blue bar.
- In your partner portal, navigate to the search bar at the top of the portal and type in the client's name.
For security reasons, you will not be able to add automatic data feeds such as bank accounts, credit cards and home loans on behalf of your clients.
