As more and more documents are sent out to clients for their signatures, it is important to be able to keep track of documents that are still outstanding. You can quickly and easily view a list of all documents and their status by following the steps below.
To view all esignature requests:
- In the Partner Portal go to Documents>eSignatures.
2. In the View area, you have the option to filter your view:All eSignatures: Lists all e-signature requests.
Pending: Lists documents that are still awaiting signatures.
Complete: Lists documents that have been signed and are ready to download.
Invalidated: Lists esignature requests that are expired, declined, cancelled or voided.
3. a) Pending: Lists documents that are still awaiting signatures.
The 'More actions' menu will allow you to:
Send reminder to all: Sends a push notification and email to remind the outstanding recipients the document/s require signing.
View details: Allows you to view details of the document package, including the file name, messages, status of signing for each recipient, where the files are stored, the upload date, doc signing provider and file status.
Download: Allows you to download a copy of the evidence summary and copy of each signed document.
Delete: Allows you to delete the documents and eSignature request
b) Complete: Lists documents that have been signed and are ready to download.
View details: Allows you to view details of the document package, including the file name, messages, recipient details, where the files are stored, the upload date, doc signing provider and file status.
Download: Allows you to download a copy of the evidence summary and copy of each signed document.
Note: Evidence Summaries are not available to download if Annature has been chosen as the esignature provider
Delete: Allows you to delete the documents and eSignature request
c) Invalidated: Lists documents that are expired, unsigned, canceled, or voided.
View details: Allows you to view details of the document package, including the file name, messages, recipient details, where the files are stored, the upload date, doc signing provider and file status.
