Changing the email address you use to log into your Partner Portal is simple.
- From the Partner Portal, click on your profile.
- A drop-down menu will appear. Click on your profile image.
- Your staff Profile is shown. Click 'Change email address'.
- A pop-up box will open. Type in the new email address you want to use for your login and click 'Change email'.
A confirmation email will be sent to your current email address with further instructions.
- An email is sent to your current email address. Click the 'Change email address' link.
- You are taken to the portal and a verification link is sent to your new email address.
Navigate to your new email address inbox.
- Open the verification email and click on the 'Verify email address' link.
- You are taken to the Partner Portal, viewing your personal client portal.
Use the 'Adviser dashboard' link at the top of the page to return back to the Partner Portal.
By clicking on your profile from the Adviser dashboard, you can view your Profile page where the change in email address is reflected.
