Changing the email address you use to log into your Partner Portal is simple.
- From the Partner Portal, click on your profile.
- A drop-down menu will appear. Click on your profile image.
- Your staff Profile is shown. Click 'Change email address'.
- A pop-up box will open. Type in the new email address you want to use for your login and click 'Change email'.
A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address with further instructions. - Locate the confirmation email and click on the link.
- The link takes you to the login screen where you can use your new email address and exisitng password to access your Partner Portal.
