OneSpan eSigning extended to 30 September 2026
13 August 2026
In May 2026, we introduced Docusign as our new eSignature solution, replacing OneSpan.
To support a smooth transition, existing OneSpan eSignatures have remained available and have now been extended until 30 September 2026.
General messaging will appear in the portal to remind you and your team about the OneSpan extension and the actions required before the deadline, as per below.
What this means for your practice
- OneSpan eSignatures currently still out for signing will remain active and can still be completed until 30 September 2026.
- Any OneSpan eSignatures that remain incomplete after 30 September 2026 will be invalidated and can no longer be signed.
- If signatures are still required for the invalidated documents after this date, documents will need to be re-sent using Docusign or your preferred signing provider.
- All new eSignature requests will continue to be sent through Docusign or your preferred eSigning provider.
What this means for your clients
- Clients can continue to review and sign existing OneSpan eSignature requests until 30 September 2026.
- If a OneSpan eSignature remains incomplete after 30 September 2026, it will be invalidated.
- Clients will still be able to view any incomplete eSignatures documents in the Docs section of their portal; however, they will no longer see the option to eSign.
What you need to do
We recommend reviewing any outstanding OneSpan eSignatures as soon as possible and following up with clients who have not yet completed their signatures.
