OneSpan signing extended to 30 September 2026
In May 2026, we introduced Docusign as our new eSignature solution, replacing OneSpan.
To support a smooth transition, existing OneSpan packages have remained available and have now been extended until 30 September 2026.
General messaging will appear in the portal to remind you and your team about the OneSpan extension and the actions required before the deadline.
What this means for you
- Inflight OneSpan packages will remain active and can still be completed until 30 September 2026.
- Any OneSpan packages that remain incomplete after 30 September 2026 will be invalidated and can no longer be signed.
- If signatures are still required for the invalidated documents after this date, documents will need to be resent using Docusign or your preferred signing provider.
- All new eSignature requests will continue to be sent through Docusign or your preferred signing provider.
What this means for your clients
- Clients can continue to review and sign existing OneSpan eSignature requests until 30 September 2026.
- If a OneSpan package remains incomplete after 30 September 2026, it will be invalidated.
- The client will still be able to view the document. However, they will no longer see the option to sign the document.
What you need to do
