So, you've set your client up with an account and sent them an invitation to begin using the portal. You may wish to use it just for electronic document signing, digital form information collection or just to offer the app for communication and organisation. You may also want to use the full capabilities of the portal to understand the clients' whole of wealth.
The portal has two subscription types : Starter Subscription and Pro Subscription.
You can upgrade or downgrade your client subscription at any time, by following the simple steps below.
To upgrade your client's subscription to Pro:
1. Navigate to Clients > Client list.
2. Locate the client name and within the 'Plan' column, click 'Upgrade'
3. A pop-up box will open, confirming details of the upgrade. Click 'Confirm upgrade'.
4. You will need to confirm the upgrade by simply clicking 'OK'.
5. You will notice that the upgrade changes are reflected within the Client List in the 'Plan' column.
To downgrade your client's subscription to Starter:
1. Navigate to Clients > Client list.
2. Locate your client within the client list, and click on their name. A drop down menu appears, click 'Manage subscription'.
3. A pop-up box appears. Select 'Starter' subscription level and click 'Save'.
5. The downgrade is reflected within the Client List in the 'Plan' column.
