Adding clients and sending invitations with a Digital Form has become the most beneficial way to introduce a client to the portal and get the answers you need.
If you already have some of the client information on file, you can pre-fill or partially fill the form before sending it.
Onboarding your client with a pre-filled or partially filled digital form:

In your Partner Portal navigate to Clients>Client list.

Click 'Add clients' and choose to Add Individual or Add Client Group.

Enter the client/s name, email address and select whether they are a Personal or Business client. You can also choose their subscription type.
Select 'NO' to sending the client a welcome email and click 'Add'.

Your Client/Client Group will appear in your client list with the word 'New' next to their name.

You can now open a new digital form for your client/s and pre-fill the form before sending.

Once you have prefilled the form, from within the form details page simply click 'Send to Client'. This will send them an invitation email where they can follow the link to activate their account and complete the form.
