Adding clients and sending invitations using a digital form is an effective way to introduce clients to the portal and collect the information you need.
If you already have some client information on file, you can pre‑fill or partially complete the form before sending it.
Onboarding your client with a pre‑filled or partially filled digital form
- In your Partner Portal, navigate to Clients > Client list.
- Click Add clients, then select Add Individual or Add Client Group.
- Enter the client’s name and email address, select whether they are a Personal or Business client, and choose their subscription type.
Select No when asked whether to send a welcome email, then click Add.
- The client or client group will appear in your client list with New next to their name.
- You can now open a new digital form and pre‑fill the form before sending.
- Once the form has been pre‑filled, open the form details page and click Send to Client.
This sends the client an invitation email to activate their account and complete the form.
- To track portal activation status and last login details, you can export your client list to CSV .
